About me

A true Angelino, Crissy resides in Woodland Hills but was proudly raised in East Los Angeles, an area now considered a premiere LA hipster scene. As the middle child of 7 siblings, growing up, she found fulfillment in expressing herself through Folklorico, Drill Team, Cheer, and Dance. This interest laid the foundation in developing her skillsets of integrity, commitment, confidence, patience, and teamwork. Skills that she continues to foster and implement throughout her life and career.

Even at a young age, Crissy recognized the desire to work with others in helping them achieve their goals.  She began her career in the retail industry and later to investment management.  After the housing crises, many of her clients sought investments in default assets. She gained valuable knowledge in representing both sides of the transaction in assisting investors, and homeowners navigate through short-sales and REOs. Through this experience in understanding the challenges that homeowners faced, Crissy became well versed in Federal, State, and Local Fair Housing laws. She considers herself an advocate for those facing hardship in housing and stands by the guidelines of the Fair Housing Act, and strongly supports Equal Housing Opportunity.

Today, Crissy manages a multifamily and commercial portfolio of 45 properties, overseeing thirteen managers, and accounts for over $10M in yearly rental income. These assets are all over Los Angeles, but she specializes in the West Valley areas of Woodland Hills, West Hills, and Canoga Park.

“Rest assured, your real estate investment asset, will be my priority in advising for long and short-term potential. It will be my pleasure to oversee one of the most important assets of your life.”

When Crissy is not working, she’s devoting time to be a Supermom for her 8-year old son, the soccer superstar!  She finds time to relax by going to the gym, boxing, and the artistry of candle making.
