Born in Los Angeles, she grew up in Encino, earned a bachelor's degree from UCLA and worked as a Vice President at both Morgan Stanley and Paine Webber before transitioning into real estate.

When my mom passed away in February, Kimberly Frankel not only came to her funeral to support me and my siblings and pay her respects, but she immediately started to help us find out how much our family home was worth. She brought in many developers and fellow realtors, all without even asking for the listing. We wanted to take baby steps and decided to give her a pocket listing because we were not in a rush to sell. Kimberly worked tirelessly to learn how best to market our home to potential buyers. We trusted Kimberly so much that we went ahead and gave her the listing. After just one day, we had our buyer. Kimberly represented both sides of the deal. While this may seem like a road block to some sellers and buyers, we all found Kimberly to be an expert at keeping everyone happy and brought the deal to a close in just 30 days. From not ready sellers to getting the highest price possible at the best time on the market all happened because Kimberly did her research, kept everyone in the loop, and drove all over the valley on many occasions for signatures because we needed to know, and she explained, exactly what we were signing. Kimberly was there personally for every inspection, every notary signing, and, after our closing, treated all of us to a champagne and epicurean delight to celebrate the sale of our home of 50 years!!!
